HGL T-Series · Factory direct
Two axles, seven models, and decks from ten to sixteen feet. The deck lowers flat to the ground, so equipment rolls straight on.
What it's for
The T-Series is where the range gets serious. Two axles under a deck that still lowers flat to the pavement, so nothing has to climb a ramp to get on.
It's built for machines that are heavier than a single axle should carry, or longer than a ten foot deck can hold. Skid steers, mini excavators, larger scissor lifts, telehandlers, compact tractors, and multi-machine loads that need the length.
Two axles also change how the trailer behaves loaded. Weight spreads across four wheels instead of two, braking is shared, and a blown tire on the highway is far less of an event than it is on a single axle.
Tandem axle options
Every model shares the same hydraulic system, the same suspension, and the same warranty. Choose on two things: how much you need to carry, and how long the load is.
The lighter pair. 11 gauge diamond plate deck, and easier to tow behind a half ton.

One step up
Same ten thousand pound payload and the same sixteen foot length as the HGL10616, with two changes that matter if you run hard miles.
The deck is two inches wider at 74 inches, and it rides on 17.5 inch wheels with 16 ply H-range tires instead of 16 inch wheels. More load rating in the tire, more sidewall, and more margin when the trailer is loaded to its limit all week.
Everything else matches the rest of the ten thousand pound tier: 3,850 pound trailer weight, 13,850 GVWR, and the same hydraulic system and suspension.
Our suspension
The same assembly used across the whole range, doubled up on a tandem. Polyethylene guides ride in channels on the frame, with a SumoSprings spring seated above them, so each wheel travels vertically instead of fighting the deck.
We utilize an advanced D-frame axle system, allowing each wheel to operate independently, unlike traditional axles that can restrict deck movement. On a tandem that means four wheels each finding their own line, which is what keeps the deck level over uneven ground.
Our trailers feature a patented TorsionSlide Suspension, which provides vertical wheel movement for enhanced stability and improved mobility. This provides a smooth pull and increases durability compared to basic suspension systems.
The spring itself is a solid SumoSprings unit riding on polyethylene guides. There is no air system to plumb, and no steel leaf pack to fatigue.
No lines.
No leaks.
No maintenance.
Backed with the confidence of a 5 year warranty, this torsion suspension is here to stay. Giving your trailer the smoothest pull and also eliminating excess wear parts.
